5/5 will be back We got 4 beef shawarmas and 2 samosas. They had a special, 2 wraps for 9.30 and the normal price for the wraps and sandwiches was also 5-ish so very very good value The shawarmas were tasty. The staff was very patient and quick considering there were about 4 orders in line The samosas were very delicious too. The cumin was a little overpowering but still tasty and just spicy enough to be pleasant Overall great taste, great price, very polite staff so we'll be back for sure.
This shawarma place has been my favorite for many years now. So much so, I followed them when they changed locations. The chicken is juicy, it's perfectly balanced with greens, and a deliciously toasted pita bread.
Seriously, this is the BEST SHAWARMA in Toronto. I’ve had it all. This one beats all. The beef and chicken are cooked beautifully, charred on the outside, succulent inside. My favourite part is that they have a jalapeño chilli paste that you can take as a topping - no worries it’s not that spicy but the flavour is out of this world. My usual is a chicken and beef mix, with lettuce, onion and the chilli paste (with garlic mayo, tahini and a tiny bit of hot sauce to add that zing). Seriously, the best I’ve had in Canada.

Wow! Wow! And wow!! Same good flavour and quantity I remember from over the years. Haven’t been for a few years, and that’ll change… will be back again very soon! Got 2, 2 sandwich competitively priced specials! 2 falafel sandwiches, that are always made fresh in front of you, 1 gyro and 1 beef shawarma! Generous, flavourful toppings. Service was friendly and as quick as possible for being made fresh! Thank you and continued success! Nice to see that you’re still in business! Highly recommended!
My daughter says it’s 5 star. She loves coming here and it is her favourite shawarma place. But in my opinion, Flaming stove takes the cake!
Great service, great food, you pay what you order for and there is no tip expectation, The food was fresh and tasty, with very fair prices, I got 2 beef wraps and they were delicious Highly recommend trying for yourself
Had to make an order for close to 30 people and the food, price and customer service was exceptional. They helped us with any issue we may have had. The order was made in advance and they had it prepared on time and it was hot when we arrived. The food itself was amazing and especially since it was a mass order it was exceptional. It met all dietary restrictions and had everyone satisfied with lots of leftovers. I would recommend Family Shawarma and if I lived closer it would become my favourite shawarma spot.
